For some reason I liked now to make some fresh and healthy food/dish is simply because I want to motivate myself and others to have discipline from overly indulging food. As you have noticed I am learning now how to eat more healthy foods than I used to be before. I became more controlling and disciplined in my hatset. I started it when they call me fat. I realized that I should reduce or remove my rice intake if I am looking to be healthy. As of now I am trying to make this as my lifestyle.
Miso cod is actually not my own dish. I just copied this dish on emmanuel stroobant show the "36 ways to live" but not all. I just add some recipe or ingredients to it to explore or to develop more things that can also be fit. I add asparagus and the strip of it, cucumber, shallots (onion) cilantro leaves and thyme to be more flavorful. |
